- Parking: The driveway fits two large SUVs (like Chevy Tahoes) side by side, though it’s a snug fit. Free street parking is available for oversized vehicles. Each unit also has one garage bay with secure smart-lock entry.
- Location: The property is on a main street linking Old Fourth Ward and Inman Park, so expect some extra activity during rush hours.
- Atlanta’s nature: Known as the “city in the forest,” you may hear squirrels on the roof or see the occasional insect despite our proactive pest control.
- Security: For peace of mind, exterior cameras monitor only outdoor areas—never inside.
- Flexibility: Early check-in (2pm) or late checkout (12pm) may be available for $50 each—just ask!
- Rental Agreement: To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, guests may be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. This agreement covers standard terms such as house rules, occupancy limits, liability, and responsibility for damages.

- Eight ounces of Dancing Goats Coffee beans are in the coffee storage canister on the counter
- Moka & French Press coffee makers (NOT DISHWASHER SAFE) on the shelf and drip coffee maker is stored in the pantry
- Step stool is available under the kitchen desk to reach upper shelves
- All appliances, bowls, pots, pans, and storage containers are stored in the drawers to maintain the clean aesthetic. Cutting boards and cookie sheets are located in the cabinet to the left of the sink. Everything is labeled so you know where they go when you’re putting things away.

- Remote for the market lights is located on the counter of the roof bar. Please turn off lights by 11pm in respect of neighbors sleeping
- We clean the porch between each stay, however, since it is in the outdoors of the city in the forest, leaves are falling all the time regardless of the time of year. We provide a broom for your convenience during your stay.
- Utensils for the grill are located in the bottom drawer of kitchen desk. Please turn off the propane when you are done using the grill.
PLEASE TREAT OUR HOME EVEN BETTER THAN YOUR HOME:
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES AT THIS PROPERTY. If you attempt to violate this rule, you will be fined $1000, your reservation will be immediately canceled without a refund, and you will be removed from the premises. The noise monitors will alert me of a party before it even gets going so don’t even try.
- All visitors to the property must be disclosed to the host
- No smoking or vaping on the property. Smoke monitors will notify me immediately of any violation (including vaping), and you will be fined a minimum of $500 for remediation.
- No pets unless otherwise discussed
- No cryptocurrency mining
- No commercial photography or videography unless you have written consent from the host
- No Campers or Trailers in the driveway. They will be towed at your expense.

- Lock the house each time you leave the property
