- Tea, creamer, and sugar are located in the pantry

- All visitors to the property must be disclosed to the host
- No smoking or vaping on the property. Smoke monitors will notify me immediately of any violation (including vaping), and you will be fined a minimum of $500 for remediation.
- No pets unless otherwise discussed
- No cryptocurrency mining
- No commercial photography or videography unless you have written consent from the host
- No Campers or Trailers in the driveway. They will be towed at your expense.
- Children must be supervised at all times
- Lock the house each time you leave the property
- Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. Please respect our neighbors
- Loud noise that would be disturbing to a reasonable person is prohibited.
