- Wipe dripping water on exterior of farm sink to avoid damaging the wood floors
- Eight ounces of Dancing Goats Coffee beans are in the coffee storage canister on the counter
- Moka & French Press coffee makers (NOT DISHWASHER SAFE) on the shelf and drip coffee maker is stored in the pantry
- Tea, creamer, and sugar are located in the pantry
- Step stool is available in the pantry to reach upper shelves
- All appliances, bowls, pots, pans, and storage containers are stored in the drawers to maintain the clean aesthetic. Cutting boards and cookie sheets are located in the cabinets on either side of the range. Everything is labeled so you know where they go when you’re putting things away.

- I provide three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started
- Please use the make up towels provided to remove make up
- Hot water comes from tankless water heater - it may take a few minutes to water to reach the faucet if you haven’t run any hot water lately

- You can find a luggage rack in each closet to stow your luggage
- Enjoy a great night’s rest by choosing between soft or firm pillows and closing the blackout curtains/electric shades

- Fresh bathroom towels are provided for each guest
- Access electrical panel behind the mirror (opens left to right)

- Cleaning supplies, batteries, & light bulbs are located below the sink and in the cabinets to the right

ROOF BAR:
- Glassware for your favorite cocktails are located on the bar shelves
- Enjoy some tunes on the record player. If music is not coming out of the speakers, you may need to turn it on. The On button is located behind the speaker on the right
ROOF DECK:
- Remotes for the market lights and TV are located on the counter of the roof bar
- Hooks are provided next to the bathtub for your towels
- Please keep the bathtub covered when not in use to avoid leaves getting into the drain and clogging it
- We clean the roof deck between each stay, however, since it is in the outdoors of the city in the forest, leaves are falling all the time regardless of the time of year. We provide a broom, leaf rake, and leaf vacuum for your convenience during your stay.
- Utensils for the grill are located in the top drawer of the roof bar. Please turn off the propane when you are done using the grill.
- Fire pit switch is located on the side of the unit. Remove lid before attempting to light the fire pit. Burning fire pit must be attended at all times.
- Outdoor blankets are located in the lower drawer of the bar
- Pergola vents remain closed for the foreseeable future. It is a long story where Ami learned how truly difficult importing something directly from China really is.
BACKYARD:
- There is a simple, small pebble-covered backyard for ease of maintenance. Given the size and beauty of the roof deck, we decided not to develop the backyard. You are welcome to walk back there (accessing from the stairwell in the middle of the house). It’s not much to write home about. Please stay in the yard designated for Unit A.
PLEASE TREAT OUR HOME EVEN BETTER THAN YOUR HOME:
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES AT THIS PROPERTY. If you attempt to violate this rule, you will be fined $1000, your reservation will be immediately canceled without a refund, and you will be removed from the premises. The noise monitors will alert me of a party before it even gets going so don’t even try.
- All visitors to the property must be disclosed to the host
- No smoking or vaping on the property. Smoke monitors will notify me immediately of any violation (including vaping), and you will be fined a minimum of $500 for remediation.
- No pets unless otherwise discussed
- No cryptocurrency mining
- No commercial photography or videography unless you have written consent from the host
- No Campers or Trailers in the driveway. They will be towed at your expense.
- Children must be supervised at all times
- Lock the house each time you leave the property
- Quiet hours are between at 10pm and 9am. Please respect our neighbors
- Loud noise that would be disturbing to a reasonable person is prohibited.
- Much of the artwork in the property is original and should not be touched or tampered with. It is protected by gallery grade security devices. You may contact the host if interested in purchasing an original or print.
- You are allowed only in the backyard portion allotted to Unit A unless invited by the guest of Unit B.
- Please don't hide stains or damage done to property, *The sooner we know about issues the better we can fix them for future guests.
